BSA will once again be holding Monday training sessions throughout the summer for U7 to U13 age groups.
Session dates are: 6/25, 7/2, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30, 8/6, 8/13
Each session will include agility and quick feet training using the Triangle Training method. The sessions will also help further develop dribbling, passing and shooting skills.
In addition to the technical training, we will finish each session with fun small sided games.
There will be no charge for these sessions. They will be held from 6-7:30pm at Governors Park.
Register once for all sessions. Can't make all the sessions? No problem. Come to as few or as many as you'd like.
